Young Peoples Counselling

Aged 10 -18? - Is Your Family Life Changing?
We can provide you with a safe, private place to come and talk about the changes happening at home. It may be your parents are arguing a lot or they have decided to separate or divorce. You may be affected by changes which involve step-parents and new family members. Other concerns that young people come and talk about include the illness of a family member, bereavement (which can be recent or some time ago) and abuse and violence between family members.

We offer you free counselling sessions with a trained counsellor who will listen carefully to what concerns you. The counsellor will help you to explore what is happening in your family life, and will help you to think about what you would want to be different and what you can do that would help you achieve that.
